Our goal is to give you in our apartments the feeling of familiarity and security that you normally only feel at home as soon as you enter your home. Just like at home, our furnished apartments offer everything necessary for living and working in another city. Therefore, our apartments always contain a beautiful entrance area including cloakroom, a spacious living area with dining table, comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, with pots, crockery, cutlery and sometimes even with a wine fridge, and a bathroom, bedroom, Balcony or loggia and sometimes even a sauna or whirlpool bath. Of course, a parking lot is also included here. So you can always invite guests and cook together or just spend a cozy evening and in total privacy.

What is the situation in a hotel?

Hotels are equipped with small rooms that provide a bedroom and bathroom. Once a day the room is tidied up, cleaned and the towels replaced by fresh ones. For wishes or problems, a reception is usually helpful. Additional offers complement the comfort or give you time to rest.

The CTR Rental Apartments are the perfect symbiosis of the cosiness of your own apartment and the comfort of a hotel. It does not matter whether you are in Dresden, Regensburg, Prague or Kosice in the short or long term. A 24-hour reception is not available, as well as crowded and noisy breakfast buffets. For this, you have upscale living comfort, high-quality equipment and the feeling: "to be at home". A front desk that is staffed during the day helps you with problems or other questions.
